A1:  Our delivery time is about 30-45 days after receiving the 30% deposit.
Q2. Can our company make customized furniture
A2:  Yes, we can customized furniture according to drawing and size provided by clients. The material, fabric, color can be changed as per your requests.
Q3. What's our payment term
A3:  Our payment term is by T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance must by T/T before shipment. Our price is based on EXW, FOB,CIF.
Q4. Can you guarantee your products
A4:  Yes,we guarantee your 100% satisfaction on all our products. We have more than ten years' experienced worker to strictly make, besides, product retention period of 1 year (Remarks:non-human cases), during the period, such as occurs in the product quality problems, maintenance costs arising from the Party B. We are certified by ISO9001-2008 certification, good quality guarantee.

A5:  Upon receipt of your 30% deposit, we will immediately arrange for the production, After receiving rest 70% balance, we will prepare to delivery the goods.
