General Features:
1. Material: Soild wood frame, wood type can be selected from ash, beech, oak, walnut etc. MDF or plywood with veneer.
2. Fabric: Highly endurable sofa/chair fabric with price of over RMB35/meter
3. Filling: Foam density above 40 degree
4. Wooden frame is Kiln-dried with water rate less than 12%
5. Double-dowelled joints with corner blocks glued and screwed
6. All exposed wood is consistent in color and quality
7. Paint: Taiwan"Taiho" brand environment-friendly paint.

1. What products do you supply?
- Furniture for hotel, resort, villa and apartment projects, including loose & fixing furniture.
2. Do you accept custom designs?
- Yes, we can produce according to the provided sketches, pictures or CAD drawings.
3. Can I get a sample before bulk order?
- Yes, pay in full at twice of the quoted price, we can make a sample for quality confirmation.
4. What's the payment term?
- T/T 30% deposit, the balance should be paid before shipment. On basis of EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What's the delivery time?
- 60 days after confirmed every detail and we received the 30% deposit. Partial shipment acceptable.
1, Where is your factory located?
We are located in Lecong Town of Foshan City, which is about one hour by car from Guangzhou city.
2, Can you make the furniture as per our design?
Sure, we are specialized at customizing hotel furniture base on customer's required specifications.
3, Can you make sample for us?
Yes, we can make samples for you, even we need to charge sample fee, but half of the sample fee will be returned to you once final order confirmed.
4, How can we control the quality during the production?
We will have QC people to the check the quality for each item during every procedure, and we will send you photos to check every status. And you also can send QC people to check every procedure.
5, What if damaged items found when products arrive?
We will pay for the repair fee if it is caused by our fault. Or we can make supplement for you from next order. We have promise here, but it never happened ever.
